5th-6th Grade Confirmation Ministry
We can’t wait to meet your preteen!
The preteen years are an exciting time for kids to grow in their relationship with Jesus! Epiphany offers many opportunities for preteens to get connected to God including Confirmation Classes, Sunday School, retreats, service projects and other special events.
Sunday School
Come join us as we explore God’s Word and learn all about Jesus! Sunday School is currently offered on Sundays at 9:45-10:30 a.m. in room 209 for 3rd-5th grade and room 205 for 6th grade, both upstairs in the AFLC building.
Confirmation Classes
At Epiphany students attend Confirmation classes in 5th and 6th grade and are confirmed in late October of their 7th grade year. The Rite of Confirmation is not a graduation, but an important step in a life of following Jesus. Over the two years, students learn the Ten Commandments, Lord’s Prayer, Communion, Baptism, the Creeds and the Office of the Keys. Confirmation classes are held on Sunday nights during the school year from 6:00-8:00 pm. Contact the church office for more information or to sign up your child today!
